Bikephoto collects personal information for the primary purpose of providing you with the products or services you are seeking, and accordingly, if the personal information you provide is incomplete and/or inaccurate we may be unable to provide you with those services. I wont sell your email address or postal address to anybody.

We may collect and hold personal information about you, that is, information that can identify you, such as your name, address, other contact details and other information relevant to providing you with the services you are seeking. Your personal information will not be passed on, sold, hacked or forwarded to anyone. It is not stored on this website or any server that is open to the public.

We will collect and use your personal information for one or more of the following reasons:
providing you with your photo.
processing an application you have made.
acting as your agent if you request us to do so.
providing you with promotional information about us, and
analyzing our services and customer needs with a view to developing new and/or improved services.

Personal information will generally be collected directly from you through the use of any of our standard forms, over the internet, via email or through a telephone conversation with you. If you access our web site, we may collect additional personal information about you in the form of your IP (Internet Protocol) address and domain name.

Bikephoto will store your personal information in electronic form. The security of your personal information is important to us. We take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal information is stored safely to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure, including electronic and physical security measures.

You want plain English? 
I wont sell your image to anyone else. If I do happen to get an offer to sell your image I would never do so without written ( signed) consent from you in the form of a model release form. The security measures taken on this website are designed so only you can find your photo and all reasonable measures have been taken to prevent anyone else from purchasing it.
I will never store the original (off the camera) images on this website. You can only apply to purchase your original image via your personal email. The only images stored on this server are compressed, watermarked and are virtually useless for printing.
I will not store your email address for the purpose of selling it to anyone else. I have a copy of your email address for the sole purpose of sending you your photo or contacting you later should your image be used for any other purpose. 
If for any reason you wish to be removed from this website there is a provision to do so on your page.
Once you have purchased your photo all I can, upon your request, delete any reference to you from the website. I will archive your original image in case you lose it. This archive is not on the internet. Nobody can access it except bikephoto.com.au.
Payment is made via direct deposit internet banking, money order or cheque. NO credit card details are used.
If I wish to use your image to promote this website I would contact you directly to gain consent from you to allow me to do so.
Your personal information will not be shared, sold, loaned, copied or left on the side of the road.
